• Swedbank, a leading Nordic-Baltic banking group, in connection with USD 735 million acquisition of 99.99% of shares of one of the leading Ukrainian banks OJSC TAS-Kommerzbank.
• Vilniaus Bankas (SEB banking group, Scandinavia) in connection with Bank AGIO acquisition, including a full-blown due diligence of the Ukrainian bank, structuring and obtaining approvals of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine.
