Company "Balkancar Record" was established in the middle of 50-s in XX-th century in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. It was a part of Balkancar Holding Company created and aggravated traditions of Bulgarian industrial truck production. Today "Balkancar Record" is one of the leading manufacturers of engine-powered forklift trucks in Bulgaria. Products range the company includes diesel and LPG engine-powered industrial trucks of families "Record" 1S, 2S, 3S, 2SR and 2H. Depending on modifications the capacity is from 1.25 up to 5t. and lifting height load from 2.8 up to 6.4m. "Balkancar Record" is a holder of a Golden Medals from the Plovdiv, Belgrade, Bucharest, Burno Fairs and etc. "Balkancar Record" produce and trade with forklift trucks, components and spare parts, make service and maintenance and also reproduction. The company dispose with moulding powers for manufacture of without weights for forklift trucks, transport machines and equipments.

Fulbright Ukraine
The Fulbright Program was opened in Ukraine at the beginning of 1992. Its goal is to increase the mutual understanding between people of the United States and other countries through scholarly and research exchanges. Originally, the Program was managed by the United States Information Agency (USIA) through the United States Embassy. A separate Fulbright office was established in Kyiv in 1998.
