
Before the beginning of flight attentively listen to the instructions of the cabin attendant and acquaint yourself with the emergency instruction. Passengers should well acquire the information about the arrangement of the emergency exits, directions for use of life jackets and the emergency oxygen system. Only passengers' good knowledge of the above rules will allow the rescue services and the crew to act precisely and efficiently in case of emergency.
If you stay in sitting position during all flight we advise to leave your seat belts fastened. It will help you to endure air pockets more easy and will save you from traumas in case of sudden pushes at rise of turbulence.
The crew has the right not to admit onboard the passenger in the state of alcoholic intoxication, since he (she) may cause confusions and troubles for other passengers. Besides, not having a capability to control himself, such passenger may threaten the safety of flight, and in case of an emergency he may cause negative development of events.
The stewards offer alcoholic drinks only to adult passengers. Drug consumption onboard is forbidden, except for ill passengers accompanied by the doctor. We remind that creating a situation that may threaten the life of the passengers, members of crew, stewards, implies the criminal responsibility.
Where and when is it allowed to smoke?
During the flight time smoking is allowed only sitting in a seat in specially assigned places or in zones for smoking passengers. It is necessary to take into account the following safety regulations:
- Smoking is forbidden on boarding and on leaving the plane;
- Smoking is forbidden when "no smoking" light panel is on;
- Smoking is forbidden in the toilet cabin and in passages between seats of the airplane in view of fire hazard.
