The Workshop on Technology and Equipment of the Committee of Airport Association of CIS's Civil Aviation was held at Boryspil International Airport State Enterprise.

On September 5-6, 2007, the workshop on Technology and Equipment of the Committee of Airport Association of CIS's Civil Aviation was held at Boryspil International Airport State Enterprise.

Boryspil International Airport State Enterprise as a leading developer in the sphere of Civil Aviation of Ukraine has welcomed up to eighty specialists from Russia, the USA, Great Britain, Switzerland, France, Belorussia, Moldova, Latvia. Yuriy Solonchuk, Director of  Boryspil International Airport State Enterprise, Yevgeniy Pankratyev, Deputy Director on Technical Complex, Volodymyr Yanishevskyy Chief of Airfield Department and Yosyp Lozyan, Chief of Mechanical Engineer Department have presented Boryspil International Airport State Enterprise achievements on implementation of the state-of-the-art equipment of the international manufacturers to the participants of the workshop and use by the airport of the advanced aviation technologies which provide the airport with the possibility to ensure the stable growth of the economic indexes.

The representatives of Boschung Company (Switzerland), Sozvezdiye (Russia), Gate Technologies (Great Britain), CAVAG (USA), Hi-tech Service and Consulting Ltd., TLD (France), AvionDon Ltd. (Russia), ADD Distribution Ltd., (Russia), Aerospase (Belorussia), LAS-1 (Latvia) have made the presentations of the up-to-date technologies, facilities and equipment for handling of aircraft, passengers and cargo at the airports.

Yuriy Sinko, Technical Director of Airport Association of Civil Aviation and Anatoliy Trotsenko, President of Airports of Ukraine Association of Civil Aviation, accentuated the importance and actuality of the work of the workshop of the Committee for applying international experience in operation of the airport complexes.
