Survay rezults.

From 12.01.07 to 22.01.07 the Quality Department together with Airport Terminal Complex carried out the polling of passengers of the Terminals B and A regarding information support at Boryspil Airport. The questionnaire included two types of questions: "Informational Data" and "Flight Information". The main attention was paid to the estimation by the passengers of sound and video information regarding flights and gates announcement. More than 300 passengers were questionnaired.

The average estimation rate of information support in Terminal B of Boryspil Airport by the passengers according to scale of 1to 5 is rather high (4.02%) and the negative estimation is very low (1.28%). During questionnaire procedure a range of passengers' needs and wishes has been revealed, for example, there are some regarding additional video information on the displays about the weather at the airport of destination and also regarding placement of desk with information about means, ways and rates for transport connection with Kyiv and other cities of Ukraine.

As soon as detailed review of questionnaire results is completed the Airport departments plan to work out measures for improvement of information support in Boryspil Airport.
