Voluntary commitments of the airport to passengers
- Provision free of charge for passengers with reduced mobility special wheel-chairs, specially equipped lifts and buses, special toilet services.
- Provision of actual information on possible flight delays.
- Arrangement of help for passengers staying at the airport due to long flight delays.
- Provision for passengers sufficient quantity of comfortable seats in waiting halls, medical care and services for passengers, requiring special care.
- Ensuring non-stop work of catering facilities within the periods of flight delays.
- Co-operation with partners for development and improvement of public transport activity, coordination of public transport schedule with flight schedule.
- Ensuring of appropriate infrastructure for business partners ( airlines, ground handling companies, etc. ) for passenger servicing.
- Regular maintenance of equipment being used for passenger services provision at the airport ( baggage handling equipment, escalators, lifts, premises air conditioning system, transport vehicles ).
- Provision free of charge for passengers sufficient quantity of baggage carts.
- Ensuring of presence in air terminal premises clear and available system of signs.
- Maintenance of all areas clean.
- Monitoring of customer satisfaction in accordance with ISO -9001-2000.
- Reporting of results of customer satisfaction monitoring at least once a year.
