When you have arrived, please verify the number on your luggage and on your luggage coupon and on your boarding ticket.

You can make claims to airlines representative if your luggage was damaged during the flight. Your loss will be paid.

In case your luggage gets lost you have to petition to the bureau "Lost and found". It is situated in the hall of luggage reception:

Departure

If you declared valuable things (fur, jewellery etc.) or breakables you have to inform the registering clerk about it. The administration is not responsible for your things if you forgot to inform the clerk about your valuable things.

To make the search for your lost luggage easier, we recommend you to leave more detailed information about yourself on your luggage tag.

To avoid any unpleasant things like loosing your luggage, please, register your luggage personally. It helps the registering clerk to be more attentive.

After you have completed all registration operations make sure you have all your documents (passport, tickets, boarding pass, luggage coupon).
