Information and help desks: The airport information desks (tel: (0)8 797 6100) are located in terminals 2, 4 and 5; the desk located in the Terminal 5 Arrivals hall is open 24 hours a day.
Airport Facilities: Money and communications: The airport has two banks and several ATMs in terminals 2, 4, 5 and at SkyCity, which is between terminals 4 and 5. There is a bureau de change in Terminal 2, several in Terminal 5 and one in SkyCity. Eating and drinking: The airport has many restaurants and bars throughout the terminals. Shopping: There are plenty of shops including duty free. Other facilities: There is a doctor's surgery (open 0800-1700) in SkyCity, a pharmacy (open 0700-2030) and a fitness centre.
Business Facilities: Telephones can be found in all terminals and in SkyCity, whilst fax machines are located in terminals 2, 4 and 5. PC workstations are located in terminals 2 and 4, and Internet access can be found in terminals 4 and 5. Business facilities are also available at the airport and in airline VIP lounges around the terminals. The airport offers conference facilities (tel: (0)8 797 6200) for up to 700 delegates plus offices and exhibition halls for up to 1000 visitors.
