Energy supply

We recommend using Siemens equipment to implement the power supply system in a building, to design an input-distribution and automatic load transfer devices. A distribution network in a building is constructed taking into account eventual changes of premises/zones geometry during operation.

Heating

For office heating we offer a low-temperature heat carrier from a source like a combination of gas-condensate modules, thermal pumps, or a solar collector (for hot water supply). It is suggested that premises heating be realized by means of an underfloor hot water heating system using Wirsbo technology and products. This solution ensures numerous benefits compared to other heating methods and it is optimally coordinated with a low-temperature heat carrier.

Ventilation and air conditioning

Office microclimate has a decisive impact on efficiency of each particular person. Quite often tiredness and unwillingness to work are caused by inadequate premise microclimate parameters. In addition, that entails significant economic consequences.
