Some subjects may appear quite harmless but represent great danger when transported by air.
Air temperature and pressure changes during the flight may cause some subjects spill, pour out of the package or ignite.
Therefore it is forbidden to transport both in hand and in luggage the below-mentioned dangerous subjects and substances:
- Corrosion substances - mercury, acids, alkaloids, charged accumulators, disinfectants for toilets, thermometers, barometers
- Compressed gases and explosives - butane, propane, oxygen cylinders, aqualung cylinders, burners, the aerosols, heating devices, pyrotechnic, signal rockets
- Oxidizers - bleaches, repair kits for fiber glass, medical oxygen, peroxides
- Inflammable substances and objects - fuel for lighters, lighters, matches,fuel for hikes, paints, solvents, glues, diluents, hair sprays
- Toxic substances - pesticides, herbicides, arsenic, cyanides
- Infectious materials - bacteria, virus cultures
- Radioactive materials
- Paralyzing subjects containing irritant substances, such as ground pepper, tear-gas etc.
- Other dangerous subjects and substances - high-power magnets, dry ice, wheelchairs etc.
- Fire-arms transportation in the airplane cabin is forbidden
The following subjects are allowed for transportation in hand luggage and in the registered luggage:
- Non-radioactive medicines and perfumes (including)
- Alcoholic drinks - up to 2 liters or 2 kg
- The transportation of arms, equipment and dry ice is allowed in limited quantity and under special conditions
- Small oxygen or air cylinders required for medical purposes.
With the purpose of ensuring your personal safety and the safety of your property it is forbidden to take from unknown persons subjects for transportation both in hand, and in luggage. Keeping all these rules protects you from unpleasant surprises.
