Circulation offers the possibility to its patrons to loan books from its collections. In the open collection (on the open stacks) the users can independently select the books on History, Politics, Economics, Right, Philosophy, Pedagogy, medicine, sport, linguistics, history of literature and fiction necessary for them.
The literature, which is absent in the circulation collection, can be ordered and obtained during 10 minutes from the stack department.
The publications that are in great demand can be ordered and obtained after their returning to the library. Literature is checked out to users for the period up to 30 days, the publications that are in great demand - up to 10 days. For better access to the book collection you are able to use subject shelves, stacks, book exhibitions, surveys of recent acquisitions. On the circulation is organized "information zone", where the visitors can obtain information about Kiev, accomplishments of city special-purpose programs and so on.
To become a user of the circulation department it is necessary to have a passport, so 16-year-old persons can become the readers. It is possible to become acquainted additionally with the library rules.
