The children under two years have the right for 90% ticket discount (without granting a separate place and the right of charge-free conveyance). At will the passenger may reserve a separate place for his (her) child, but in this case the ticket will cost as for the child under12 years.
It should be noted that this discount is given only for one child accompanied by one adult. For each next child under two years flying with one adult the air ticket will cost as for the child under 12 years.
For the children under 12 years, as a rule, the air ticket costs 50 % of the normal (full) price of the adult ticket. The special fare discounts are regulated by special rules. The ticket gives the right for one place and charge-free conveyance according to the service class.
The adults must accompany the children under two years in flight. Transportation of newborn children under seven-day age is not recommended. The babies under 10-month age and under 10 kg weights may be given a baby carriage on board of the plane. In order to get a baby carriage for the period of the flight it is necessary to declare it during the ticket reservation, but not later than 24 hours prior to the departure. Passengers with babies have possibility to swaddle them onboard.
Children under 12 years may travel independently. The care of them is included into duties of the personnel. For this purpose at the airport it is necessary to fill in the special request for the transportation of the unaccompanied child under 12 years and the declaration of the child's parents. Children under 18 years flying without adults should have notarially certified consent to the departure signed by their parents or their trustees.
Transportation of pregnant women
Pregnant women in good state of health and without pregnancy complications may travel by air.
The pregnant women whose deliveries are assumed in the nearest four weeks must have the written doctor's approval for the flight. The certificate of health must be written out not earlier than for 7 days prior to the flight. The air transportation of parturient women before 7 days after delivery and newborn babies under 7-day age is not recommended.
Accompanying disabled and ill passengers
Disabled passengers are provided with different kinds of help on boarding, in flight time and on disembarkation, including wheelchairs. We recommend to inform about the necessity of such services during the tickets ordering, but not later than 72 hours prior to the departure.
Ill passengers should have the medical examination certificate. If their physical condition threatens the safety of the flight or creates discomfort to other passengers, the carrier has the right to refuse the transportation.
