How to keep consumers happy and ad budgets in perfect shape.
In different countries consumers complain there’s too much advertising. On the other side,
advertisers are tempted to deliver more ad weight to each single consumer using the new digital
technologies. But the “get them where they can’t hide” approach probably is not the best one.
Giovanni Lunghi (M.A., Ph.D.) is working in advertising since 1986. Currently he’s strategic
consultant and Adjunct Professor of Economics of Advertising Firms. He’s also Director of
