25003B Meridian 1 PBX Small Switch Installation and Maintenance
Course Description
This course provides the skills and techniques that are required to install and maintain the small range of Meridian 1 switches.
Length: 2 days
Intended Audience
This course is aimed at installation, maintenance and support staff that will have an involvement with systems within the Option 11 range.

25052B Meridian 1 PBX Core Overview
25046B Meridian 1 PBX Core Technology
Objectives
Upon successful completion of the course the student will be able to:
- Install mounting brackets, cabinets and connecting cables
- Install and replace Processor cards, digital line cards, analogue line cards, analogue trunk cards and install a terminal
- Change the database using administration handset and assign models to sets
- Print the database and change models
- Correct System faults
- Maintain and Upgrade Option 11
- Perform basic database admin from the TTY including configuration record, telset admin, digitone receivers
- Perform backup and restore procedures.
