Serge Fenenko started his career by setting up an own business in marketing and organization of cultural events. Then, moved to banking and spent eight years with the Dutch Rabobank, where he managed the Business Development department at Rabobank Corporate Clients. In 2005, he established an interactive marketing agency Novocortex.
 
Novocortex manages market introductions of innovative products. Novocortex launched, among others, iDEAL (an interbanking standard for online payments), U-specs (universal spectacles for developing countries) and 24hTranslations (an online translation service). Novocortex co-operates with advertising and production companies in Russia and Belarus. Novocortex delivers marketing advisory services and manages advertising campaigns for Dutch clients. The Russian and Belarusian partners contribute their expertise in designing and building online and mobile solutions. Due to this co-operation, Novocortex won a number of awards on the advertising festivals in Riga, Moscow and Kiev.
 
Serge Fenenko studied History in Belarus and Business Administration in the Netherlands, and holds an MBA of Rotterdam School of Management, the Erasmus University's business school.
