Alexander Gorokhovsky

 

10 years of school studies, 5,5 years of studies in Kiev Polytechnic Institute (with two years break for army services), one year of working for a factory as an engineer, and 16 years in advertising. Has been employed with AITI media and advertising agency since 1992. Was appointed director of AITI in 1998.
The starting point was an involvement with the games «Chto? Gde? Kogda?» (“What? Where? When?”) and «Brain-Ring». Then the participation in TV production for Ukrainian channels followed. Whereupon it turned out that somebody had to sell advertising spots within the programs produced. But there was more to it. There came the first clients willing to commission AITI with placing their advertising in other media. Advertising area was progressing separately from TV production. Since 1995 AITI has been mainly focused on media services.
            Hobbies:
  1. Checkers. During the studies in secondary and high school. Candidate master of sports.
  2. «What? Where? When?» and «Brain-Ring». Had been visiting Moscow to play «Brain-Ring» up until 1999. Became a champion as a member of Kiev team twice.
  3. Ping-pong. As an amateur and for pleasure.
  4. Poker. Good chance to spend time with friends.

In recent years has been working with JTI, Philips, Astelit, Nemiroff, Unique, Stada, SCA and others.
