The following is an example and description of each web development process cycle: Step 1 - Initiation In the initial stage, our Project Managers meets with the clients to understand their needs and the nature of their business. Then the team brings this data to our development group who prepare a Development process. This plan outlines the scope of the project, the employee hours needed, and the overall cost of the project. Once we have estimated the time and expense of the project, we present a proposal to the client. Step 2 - Analysis Once the proposal is accepted, Analysts start working to detail the client business procedures while the Project Management team starts gathering information and materials from the client including logos, photos, news clippings, company and employee information, products and services descriptions, etc. Once these have been assembled and checked for useability, they are passed on to the Design and Development Team. Step 3 - Development At this stage, the team of designers creates a user interface and coding WC3 valid page templates . They work closely with the development team to assure the quality of the design is being maintained. Programming site framework and component development take place at this stage. Step 4 - Testing Once the site is completed, the testing phase begins. This is one of the most important stages in the project. The testing team follows rigorous methodologies to ensure consistancy, useability, graphical user interface and load handling capability. If there are any flaws in the project, they are documented and sent back to the development team for correction. Step 5 - Launch After all the corrections are completed, the site is launched and the client is provided with end-user training.
