Proved by experiment As long ago as in autumn 2004 the comparative investigations of the functional state of the vertebral column of a person sitting on a chair «ACTIVITY Ñ OMFORT» and on an ordinary office chair (model “Prestige”) were made. The galvanopuncture diagnostics, i.e. estimation of internal condition by R. Foll method, was used. As you can see there is no functional strain in any vertebral disk, i.e. the vertebral column state complies with the physiological standards. Diagram 2 shows the vertebral column state after the person has changed his seat and is at the moment sitting on an ordinary stationary chair. You can see that the vertebral column is immediately under the action of overstrains. It should be kept in mind that the internal organs are adversely affected also. After 13 minutes of motionless sitting the person has taken his seat on Mirovsky chair again. And, as diagram 3 shows, 5 minutes of dynamic sitting on chair «ACTIVITY Ñ OMFORT» are enough to make the state of vertebral disks normal. When a person changes chairs from «ACTIVITY ÑOMFORT» to an ordinary one the functional strain of the vertebral column, especially its lumbar part, occurs; When a person renews his sitting on «ACTIVITY ÑOMFORT» chair the normal physiological state of the vertebral column parts is restored.
