Our company was created in 1994 and is specializing in area of thermal gas stream technologies and equipment. SEC "Gradient" provides industry and research laboratories with "tailor made" thermal gas stream equipment and also conduct R&D works of technological processes of surface cleaning and thermal gas coating spraying and create the equipment for such technologies in accordance with Customer's requirements. Important aspect of our activity is development of functional coatings to solve manifold targets, Customer are facing. SEC "Gradient" provides consulting services in area of surface engineering. Typical examples of solving such targets can be development of corrosion resistant coating for large dimension metal construction, working at elevated temperatures (up to 200 0C) or technology to increase heat resistance of steel constructions by spraying of aluminum coating with following aluminizing in the process of construction operation. The Term "Thermal jet technologies" is unify row of technological processes, based on high temperature high velocity gas flow application. As a rule, such gas flow is supersonic stream of combustion products in air or oxygen hydrocarbon fuel with disperse particles. Type of particles is main point of technological process: for thermal abrasive (thermal erosion) treatment, cleaning or cutting abrasive particles are used (slag, corundum, garnet and so on); For high velocity flame spraying (HVOF/HVAF) are used metal powders, cermet, composite and polymer powders; for steam and gas treatment are used water injected into the hot gas stream. Thermal gas stream instruments proposed by us and which are a part of thermal gas stream installations are the supersonic burners of chamber type, which are working with liquid (kerosene/diesel) or gaseous (hydrogen, methane, propane-butane) fuel. Experts of SEC "Gradient" have a lot of experience in development, production and use of compact generators of high temperature two phase streams (burners) , and also systems feeding fuel components and other working media. Our success in the area of equipment and technology R&D are confirmed by several patents, diplomas of international conferences.
