Goods forbidden for importing to the customs territory of Ukraine and goods which cannot be admitted through the customs border of Ukraine

1. Goods which can do harm to health or threaten life of population or animal world or cause harm to environment.
2. Literature and works of art, polygraphic and other printing production, cinema, photo. Audio and video materials that propagandize war, cruelty, pornography, race, ethnic or religious hostility, call to violent overthrow of constitution order in Ukraine.
3. Goods and private things for admittance of which it is necessary to obtain permission of other state institutions; in case of such permits non-availability.
4. Means of transport number plates of which are wiped out, forged or do not correspond to the records of the registration documents.
5. Means of transport struck off the register in the corresponding bodies of the country of procurement or other country which are temporary imported into Ukraine by the citizens for their personal use (for the exception of the case when such transport means are declared to the customs bodies at the border as such that are imported for the purpose of transit or in cases of new means of transport importing).
6. Number units and sets with forged or wiped out numbers.
7. Mechanical means of transport (including those which are imported into Ukraine for the purpose of their disassembling into spare parts), which according to legislation are forbidden to be imported into Ukraine or in case of non-availability of the documents confirming the right to possess or to use them.
8. Agricultural produce which belong to the groups from 1 to 24 of Ukrainian classification of goods of foreign-economic activity which are imported by citizen in any volumes for the exception of:
   • alcoholic beverage and tobacco produce which are imported into Ukraine by citizens in their private baggage in such volumes:
     • водочные изделия в количестве 1 л,
     • vodka - 1l,
     • wine - 2l,
     • beer - 5l,
     • tobacco produce - 200 cigarettes (or 200g);
   • foodstuff in manufacturer's packing which is delivered to the address of the natural persons by international mail with weight up to 10kg;
   • foodstuff for personal needs to the total amount of not more than Euro 50 per person in such volumes:
     • in manufacturer's packing - not more than one packing or the total amount not exceeding 2 kg of each item per person;
     • in bulk - not more than 2 kg of each item per person;
     • in bulk - indivisible product ready for use, not more than one product of each item per person;
     • foodstuff not packed by manufacturer can not be transferred in non-accompanied baggage.
