Humidity indicator Function: water test in inorganic salts under vacuum. Method is based on high-frequency dimension of permittivity as staff humidity function. Crystal-micro Function: equipment for vacuum microwave deep drying of chemical substances in quarts vessels. Equipment for glass cleaning Function: instrument allows realizing drying and cleaning glass in microwave plasma, May be used for cleaning and drying of ampoules which used in NMR analysis.
