Notice of call for proposals
within
the Neighbourhood Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine INTERREG IIIA/Tacis CBC 2004-2006

The Managing Authority and the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Neighbourhood Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine INTERREG IIIA/Tacis CBC 2004-2006 encourage to submit application forms for co-financing cross-border co-operation projects on the Ukrainian and Belarusian borders.

Eligible for co-financing are cross-border co-operation projects in Podlaskie, Mazowieckie, Lubelskie, Podkarpackie Voivodeships of Poland; Lviv, Volyn and Zakarpatska Oblasts in Ukraine; Brest, Grodno and western districts of Minsk Oblast in Belarus.

Rules and legal regulation for co-financing are specified in Programme Complement, available with the Application Form and Applicant’s Manual on the website: www.pbu.wwpwp.gov.pl or www.interreg.gov.pl.

Total financial allocation for this call for proposals amounts of around 4.000.000 EUR from the European Regional Development Fund under the EU Initiative INTERREG for the projects, realised under priority 1 and measure 2.1; and 4.780.000 EUR from Tacis Cross-border Co-operation Programme for priorities 1 and 2, out of which maximum 1.000.000 EUR may be allocated for measure 2.1 and maximum 600.000 EUR for measure 2.2.

The application forms should be submitted to the Joint Technical Secretariat on Solec St. 38, Warsaw, Poland.
