Our Media & Entertainment Practice Group acts as counsel to a number of multinational and foreign advertising, TV and printed mass-media companies, including AVA/TBWA, DDB Needham Worldwide Communications Group Inc., NTV Plus, and others.

Since in 2003 a particular area of focus was new Law on Advertising, we actively participated in its public mass-media and round-table discussions. Moreover, Shevchenko Didkovskiy & Partners has been retained as a legal counsel to provide NTV Plus, a major Russian TV company, with an overview of current and prospective TV and Radio Broadcasting legislation.

Our firm’s Media & Entertainment Practice Group increasingly negotiate agreements with respect to distribution and exhibition arrangements in media and utilization of copyright in advertising. Our experience also covers establishment of mass media companies in Ukraine.
