Mergers and acquisitions have become a modern tendency of production activity and capital accumulation. While on a worldwide scale these processes are running in a civilized and planned way, in Ukraine there is a tendency of using mainly hostile methods of mergers in the form of corporate wars and acquisitions. As the practice shows, theoretically, any company can suffer from a hostile take over.
