Action "The Four-Million Passenger of
Boryspil State International Airport 2006"

The Organizer of the Action is Boryspil State International Airport (hereinafter - the Organizer):

1. Participants of the Action will be passengers of any airline which are served at Boryspil State International Airport except for the staff of Boryspil Airport and their relatives.
2. The winner shall be the four-million passenger served at Boryspil Airport in 2006. The Organizer guarantees objectivity of the Action.
3. The winner shall be accompanied to the business hall according to the guest scheme, where he or she shall be congratulated by the administration of Boryspil Airport and awarded with souvenirs of Boryspil Airport and flowers in the presence of mass media. On announcement of boarding the winner's flight, the administration of Boryspil Airport shall accompany the winner to the boarding zone.
4. The Action prize: souvenirs of Boryspil Airport, flowers. Money equivalent is not available. The responsibility of the Organizer is limited to the above-mentioned prizes.
5. Result of the Action and the winner's photo shall be published in mass media and at www.kbp.kiev.ua.
6. The winner shall agree to be photographed and filmed, and to free usage of his or her last name, first name, photos and print, audio and video materials in the Internet by the Organizer, including in advertising.
