The following is forbidden for transference through the state border of Ukraine:
- Information protected by the Law of Ukraine "On Information", "On State Secret", other information concerning state secret on the grounds of the decisions of the State experts on secrets issues;
- Inventions assigned for patenting in foreign states (useful models) which are not approved for export by the central body of the executive power on legal protection issues of intellectual property;
- Printing works, articles which are of historical, scientific, cultural or other value;
- Production of pornographic and vulgar meaning.
The export procedure of textual materials and cinema and photo documents which belong to the State Museum Fund of Ukraine is determined by the separate instruction of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine.
