List of printed materials which are not subject to export abroad

1. Books, fine arts editions, cartographical and notes editions published before 1925 including.

   For printed materials the decisions of salaried groups of fine arts experts-controllers may determine another limited period of edition issue but not earlier than 1925.

2. Foreign books, fine arts, cartographical and notes editions, books of Cyril and glagolic printing published before 1980 including.
3. Periodicals and those editions which continue to be edited (Works, Notes, Memoirs, Reminiscences, Gazette, Bulletin, Collected Scientific Works, etc.) published before 1925 including.
4. Printed materials which are unique samples of styling:
   • reproduced by unusual way (engraved, with weaved text);
   • printed on the unusual kinds of materials (silk, parchment, cork, etc);
   • in decorative covers of individual work, including use of precious stones, precious metals, pearls, precious kinds of trees, furs, leather.
5. Printed materials with autographs, hand-written notes, bookplates of libraries and book collections of the famous public and state figures, writers, scientists, cultural and fine arts workers.
6. Editions with stamps of the existing libraries and institutions.
