Luggage regulation



All luggage taken by you, including hand luggage must be presented to the staff of airline during the procedure of registration. This demand is connected to the flight safety control. The luggage accepted by the airline for transportation is marked by the luggage label and is referred to as registered. It is recommended to indicate on the luggage label your surname, your address, and your phone number.

Norms of conveyance are established by the airlines. For obtaining this information please contact the representative of your airline.

Apart from the charge-free conveyance norm established by the airlines the passengers may carry free of charge the following subjects (on conditions that the passenger carry them in hands and they are not included in the luggage or hand luggage): diplomats, plastic packets, bunches of flowers, ladies' handbags or folders for papers, papers and books for reading in flight, cameras or video cameras, portable computers, bags with good purchased in Duty-free, umbrellas or canes, coats or raincoats, food for children, children's carriages, foldable wheelchairs and crutches if such subjects are necessary for the passengers.

It is recommended to carry valuable and official papers, passports, other documents, medicines, fragile subjects, and jewels in hand luggage.

Any luggage exceeding the established norms of charge-free luggage transportation must be paid according to the existed luggage tariff.

The carrier may refuse to transport luggage containing:

  • subjects which may damage the aircraft, harm people or their property onboard;
  • subjects forbidden to transport by laws, regulations and orders of the state bodies of any country to or through the territory of which the transportation is performed;
  • subjects which cannot be carried as luggage due their weight, size or other characteristics;
  • animals, except for dogs, cats and other house animals which are accepted for transportation at prior permission of the carrier and on conditions that passengers fulfill certain conditions required for the transportation of such kind.
