Our company is the part of the diversified holding "Azot-Trans Ltd" and JSC "Nortek-Azot" which is specializing in the following fields: export of the grain crops; transport and marine logistics; production and trade of mineral fertilizers; trade of building materials, of sugar; consulting; realtor of industrial objects; legal services; wholesale trade of foodstuff. Our group of companies possesses the following assets: store complex in the port zone in Odessa and port terminal silo in Kherson (port of Black Sea). Since 2004 the company support of sunflower seeds oil "Olis". In 2003 company are modern and capable of very high quality production. Production of mark "Olis" is made on the modern European equipment. The Directors insist on regular investment in plant, new processes, materials and training to ensure that everything that leaves the factories will fully satisfy our customers. Factory have a quality control system in operation that complies with industry standards. We are committed to supplying you with a product that not only meets your expectations but also exceeds them. We will be able to supply 4000 MT sunflower oil in bottles per month for export and 5000 MT crude sunflower oil in bulk from Illychevsk. Purchase, storing and export of agricultural products One of the most important projects realised by the our Holding is a specialised industrial complex in southern Ukraine for storing, processing, transhipment and shipping of agricultural products in association with the JSC "Nortek-Azot". The purpose of organising such a complex is forming a strong infrastructure to supply farm businesses with assistance and in this wise enable the agricultural producers to spend less for purchase, shipping, storage of feeds and plant protection agents as well as agricultural products planned for realisation. At this stage reconstruction operations have begun to convert a portion of idle premises, which used to belong to Kherson integrated house-building factory, into a strong modern grain complex, power 20000 MT per month. Putting the complex into operation will allow to make a continuous transport route, reduce losses resulting from shipping, guarantee cost-minimizing deliveries of agricultural products from producers to users. Forward agent service One of principal areas of activity of the Holding includes freight forwarding through the agency of railway transport on the territory of Ukraine and other countries. The availability of a special-purpose traffic department owned by the company, as well as years of experience in forwarding both our own and our partners freights enables smooth-running and punctual store-door delivery. We take orders for pickup and delivery of carloads and freight forwarding by different means of transporting on the territory of Ukraine and other countries. The availability of our own storage and overload capacities as well as a substantial number of our own means of transport enables us to convey and forward our customers loads within time limit and at the best prices. Both well-organised work of the specialised freight forwarder and a high degree of automation, as well as transportation recording, ensure never-failing contractual obligations of the Company in regard to the customers.
