The Ukrainian DX DIGI Contest is organized by:

and held on the 4th full weekend of June.( 24/25 June 2006)
  Contest period
12.00 UTC Saturday , through 12.00 UTC Sunday.
  Mode
RTTY and PSK31 only.
  Bands
3,5 – 7 – 14 - 21 - 28 MHz without WARC bands.
  Categories
MOMB HP.
SOAB HP, SOAB LP.
SO80 HP, SO40 HP, SO20 HP, SO15 HP, SO10 HP.
SO80 LP, SO40 LP, SO20 LP, SO15 LP, SO10 LP.
For Ukrainian stations – all above categories in separate group.
  Message
Non-Ukrainian stations transmits RST & QSO number beginning from 001. Ukrainian stations transmits RST & two letters denoting the province(oblast) according to scale below.
  Points
Points for UR stations: QSO with UR station 1 point, all other same as for non-UR stations. Points for non-UR: QSO with own continent 1 point QSO with other continents 3 points QSO with Ukraine for EU stations 5 points QSO with Ukraine for non-EU stations 10 points QSO on 80 meters multiply by 2(two) QSO with any /MM station counts as 5 points and be not a multiplier All categories can make only two QSO with the same station on one band using RTTY and PSK31 modes. For example, if a QSO with a station is made by the same mode on the same band, then QSO gives neither points nor multipliers on the same band.
  Multiplier
Each DXCC country and each different oblast ( max. 27 for each band and for each mode) counts as a multiplier . Multiplier counts on each band in each mode.
  Scoring
( Sum of QSO points on all bands ) x ( Sum of countries + sum of oblasts ) = total score
  Common rules
For all categories are allowed to use DX-clusters. No self-spotting of any form on DX spotting nets is permitted for any category. Self-spotting is defined as generating packet spots for your contest call sign by:
(a) using your own call sign;
(b) spotting your call while using another call sign; or
(c) spotting of your call sign by other stations inside of your QTH.
For categories with single operator possibilities to change bands or modes are not limited.
Only one transmitted signal is allowed at any time.
For all categories are allowed to make QSO with the same station in RTTY and PSK31 modes on each band.
On 20-15-10 meters bands are not allowed to make QSO’s RTTY in PSK range and vice-versa.
The QSO time difference must be not exceed 3 minutes.
For categories of Multi Operators only one transmitter and one band permitted during the same time period (defined as 10 minutes). Exception: two simultaneous signals on different bands can be transmitted, if on other(but only on one) band, QSO gives new multipliers. Bands for take up new multipliers can be changed not earlier than 10 minutes after first QSO. QSO on other band, which is not gave new multiplier is not counts, but will counts for corresponding station.
  Contest Call
CQ URDX TEST for all station.
  Awards
1st places in all categories MOMB and SOAB - Trophies, Medals and Awards. 1st places in all SO categories – Medals and Awards. 2nd and 3rd places in all categories – Awards.
  Results
The Contest Committee will send results to all stations who worked in the contest and submitted log.
  Logs and summary
The logs should be submitted in Cabrillo format only! Not necessary to make own calculation of claimed result, cause it will be done by special program automatically. In case of absence of entrant log, QSO will be count in case of indirect confirmation of such call sign in logs of minimum 3 other entrants. On request of entrant Contest Committee will send an UBN file. It is desirable to attach Summary sheet with entrant’s data and mailing address. Logs should be send to below e-mail address not later, than 30 days after Contest finish. Supported programms are MixW, RCKRTTY and RCKLog, if another please mark PSK while RTTY remain RY in your Cabrillo log or send to us your ADIF file.
  Deadline

A confirmation will be sent to each entrant. If you do not receive a confirmation in 2 weeks, send your log again.
Received logs and final results will be published on the official site of URDX DIGI Contest: www.izmail-dx.com, in the same time final results will be sent to all entrants, submitted logs.
  Disqualification
Violation of amateur radio regulations in the country of the contestant, or the rules of the contest, unsportsmanlike conduct, taking credit for excessive duplicate contacts, unverifiable QSOs or multipliers will be deemed sufficient cause for disqualification.
  Declaration
By submitting an entry in the URDX DIGI Contest you agree that you have read and understood the rules of the contest and agree to be bound by them, as well as all rules regulations of your country which pertain to amateur radio. All actions and decisions of the URDX DIGI Contest Committee are official and final.
