[russian/ps.htm] Presentation software for GymnaUniphy devices Many GymnaUniphy devices are equipped with LCDs to ensure convenient and efficient user interface. LCDs are not large, however sufficient enough for clear display of all relevant text and graphical information in the process of the devices operation. Still, for advertising and training purposes, i.e. in course of demonstration of devices’ capabilities at exhibitions and seminars, during trainings for dealers and end users as well as for creation of documentation and booklets, the need for special presentation software has aroused. «Presentation Software» using data exchange service protocol via RS-232 interface supports wide range of GymnaUniphy devices and performs the following functions. On-line presentation mode: reproduces precisely in real time contents of the connected device's LCD on computer display; this reproduction is possible both in window or full-screen mode; proportions and reachable accuracy of the picture are preserved during automatic zooming; current picture can be printed, copied to clipboard or saved as graphical file at any time; pictures saving is possible in several popular formats of graphical files; required zooming can be set during picture printing or saving into file. Slide-show mode: allows to construct slide-show from the previously stored pictures; it is easy and convenient to set sequence and timing for each slide demonstration; allows playback of slide-shows created earlier; all necessary controls for slide-show playback are available (start, stop, forward, backward, pause, loop); thus, it is possible to create, distribute and watch training courses on GymnaUniphy devices operation. «Presentation Software» has user friendly interface and advanced help subsystem.
