Detailed information on the effect of vibration on human body, specifics of usage and technical characteristics of these outstanding devices can be found on the dedicated site . Fitvibe® vibro-devices are designed for transfer of mechanical vibration to specified parts and organs of human body. Use of certain vibration frequencies and amplitudes produces training and treatment effect on muscles, sinews, bone tissues, vessels, nervous system and hormonal balance. This determines use of vibro-devices in fitness and wellness , professional sport and medical practice. Embedded innovation computer system , that realizes “Personal Coach” or “Medical Assistant” concept depending on the vibro-device model, is distinctive feature of Fitvibe® family. The memory of device keeps a lot of exercises combined into programs. Within “Personal Coach” and “Medical Assistant” options these programs are diligently and clearly structured for training, relaxation or treatment. Each exercise of the corresponding program has individual, strictly adjusted parameters based on modern scientific approaches, namely vibration frequency and amplitude, duration of effect and rest as well as number of repetitions. Fitvibe® devices are designed, tested and manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 and EN 46003:1999 international quality standards. Besides, the devices meet strict requirements of the European Directive 93/42/ECC for Medical Devices (MDD). Special plastic cards containing “minutes of vibration” can be used when there is a need to ensure strict control of timing of regular training sessions as well as for more efficient commercial use of vibro-devices . In such cases Fitvibe® is equipped with embedded reading device and separate program one for these cards. In such configuration the vibro-device can operate only with the inserted plastic card containing sufficient number of remaining vibration minutes, which is automatically decremented. Embedded software for Fitvibe® family is available in several European languages, has intuitively clear interface and solves the following tasks: “Personal Coach”: selection of training objective, group of muscles, training level and training course stage; followed by actual training (providing clear picture of initial position, text explanation and preset parameters); “Medical Assistant”: selection of treatment objective, treatment field, complexity level and stage of treatment course; followed by actual treatment (providing clear picture of initial position, text explanation and preset parameters); operation in a mode of free selection of exercise working parameters (under expert’s supervision); proper control of the device vibration platform to ensure prescribed effect parameters in accordance with the scenario of selected exercise program; adjustment of auxiliary parameters, such as display contrast, interface language and events insonification; operation using plastic cards; possibility to change certain aspects of Fitvibe® operation by means of corresponding settings of EEPROM-memory of the device.
