Line capacity : Ø Ø 80 000 ton / year Line speed: Ø 50 m/min. Raw material : Ø Galvanized steel in coils Ø Thickness : 0,5-1,5 mm Ø Width : 700-1800 mm Ø Coil I.D.: 600mm Ø Coil O.D.: 1100-1800mm Ø Coil weight: up to 16 tons Painting technology Raw material undergoes chemical pretreatment (degreasing, washing, passivation). Then primer coat is applied whether to one or both sides. After that there is a process of drying. Final layer of polymeric coating is applied to one side or both sides. Final drying takes place in specially designed chamber. Now the product is ready for use. Paint is applied by rolls (2 or 3 roll-method). 1 Ц polymeric coating 2 Ц primer 3 Ц passivation 4 Ц zinc 5 Ц stainless steel 6 - epoxy coating Materials used for color coating We use primers and polymeric coatings manufactured by: Ø Becker (Sweden) Ø Teknos (Finland) Ø Polifarb (Poland), etc. Ø Ø primer thickness for face side: 7-10 µm. Ø Ø primer for back side: 5-10 µm. The following types of paint can be used: - Polyester Ц 20 µm, - Plastisol Ц 200 µm, - Pural Ц 50µm.
