Fall 2005 Issue of Partners Now Available Online The newest issue of Partners is now online and the printed copies have been mailed. The issue includes coverage of the September CPP conference in Washington, DC, along with excerpts from the speeches given by the two CPP mayors who attended from Ukraine, as well as a "News from Ukraine" column and an article on one-stop shops. CPP Conference Celebrates Project's Achievements The U.S.-Ukraine Foundation’s Community Partnerships Project (CPP) celebrated its accomplishments and looked to the future of the project and of Ukraine at its recent U.S. conference. Approximately 50 people, including U.S. partnership city coordinators and trainers, attended the conference, which was highlighted by the presence of two Ukrainian mayors, Slavutych Mayor Volodymyr Udovychenko and Komsomolsk Mayor Oleksandr Popov. In addition to Representative Marci Kaptur (D-OH) and Representative Louie Gohmert (R-TX), representatives from USAID and the State Department addressed the conference.
