As It saw the readers in August 1991, there were just few who believed that the paper could survive the economic problems that hit the emerging democratic state. It was hardly believed but in two years and a half that followed that the paper was rated high in a Vinnitsa region with the biggest circulation. 24 pages newspaper put up its circulation up to 42 thousand.The pages are A3 formate, two colour, offset printi, computerised design.
The paper covers various aspects of social life and activity starting from political,economic,cultural, criminal issues, scandals, etc. It also contain news on what is happening in the youth world in Ukraine as well as add.We serve to inform the readers rather than addvertise. The professional approach, independent point of view on what is happening around captivate and draw the fans and readers in. Theres always a feedback from the readers on our pages. Our title as well as a mascot is "33", it symbolises — truth, reality, independent view.We aim at serving the truth. It all makes our paper readable, popular and worth reading of.
Althoug we allow a big space for adds its not what we are here for. It is here to give a political, social and analitical feedback on the news.The add covers not more than 50% of the space, that makes up 12 pages.We are cooperating with well-known firms in the region in this area.Everyone is welcomed to put on their classiffieds. We also built up ties with some foreign newspapers and add agencies.
We are looking forward for cooperarion with all reliable and potential partners so that we can cooperate in the future.It is hoped that such mutual cooperation will give a boost for our prosperity.
