With our program you'll keep in control all your employers activities, settle process and payment control.

Program included 4 modules:
"Reception" -working space for porters;
"Report Hotel" - settlements report and analyzing tool;
"Phone Calls" - record-keeping and tarification of calls from rooms;
"Report Phone" - calls report and analyzing tool.

Module "Reception"
Use this module:
- to identify the porter by password;
- to see on the plan of settlements a condition of rooms and places in them (is free, is reserved, occupied, the repair) ;
- to reserve places for the visitors, families or groups;
- to settle the visitors and groups as on reserved before a place, and immediately;
- to print the invoice for residing, feed, additional services, phone calls;
- to print the shift report about reservations, settlements, payments.

Module "Report Hotel"
Module "Report Hotel" you'll use to create reports and diagrams to see the details about functions of your hotel, settlements, payments, debts, condition and loading of rooms;
Also you'll able to see color diagrams which will help you to analyze the business of your company.

Module "Report Phone"
Module "Report Phone" you'll use to create reports and diagrams to see the details about functions hotels PBX, visitors calls , with the indication of date, time, duration, cost, country, city, number of the gathered telephone etc.
Also you'll able to see color diagrams which will help you to analyze the communication cost in real time.
