Thank you for contacting hosting support.

We are unable to restore connectivity to your server. We have found that the server file system has had a catastrophic failure. We are not able to repair this or restore functionatlity. You will need to reprovision the server to bring it back online. A server reprovision will remove all information from the server and restore it to the default configuration.
