An initiator and organizer of Congress is the Youth association of "ееВ platform"(A regional project of development of "Silver tower"). A primary purpose of Congress is an assistance development of mezhregional'nogo youth collaboration on national and international levels on the example of ukrainian-polish relations. The participants of Congress were become by the activists of youth organizations from the regions of Ukraine, Poland; young businessmen; research workers; gossluzhaschie; journalists; representatives of organs local and regional power of countries-participants; representatives of committees and deputy group of Supreme Soviet of Ukraine. Within the framework of Congress all of participants were in a position to be divided own positive experience in realization of youth projects and programs, naladit' new contacts, and etc. In the total by the participants of Congress Memorandum was signed about a collaboration on development and strengthening of regional youth policy.
