Meeting took a place in Poltava of Decembers, 1-3, 2006. Presentation of fifteen regional student soviets defined them effective influence is potential on development of student self-government in Ukraine. By eighth College of Allukrainian student advice decisions were also accepted : - to write letters in the proper type committees of Verhovna Rada of Ukraine and department of education and science of Ukraine about making suggestions of VSS in the project of the state budget on 2008 on financing of 10-percent grant fund; - to prepare suggestion to the project of the government program "The Student dormitory" for a general discussion with Department of education and science of Ukraine.
