More than 20 years our experts, working in the personnel department of the largest in ex-USSR shipowner company "Atlantica", carried out obligations according to the staffing and service of ship crews of large fishing trawlers, conducting fishing at the coast of such countries as Western Europe, Northern and Southern America, East and Western Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Far East, Asia, in the zone of Antarctic Continent. We solved successfully the tasks of personnel maintenance of more than 50 trawlers, the number of crews was from 70 up to 220 men.

     Since 1990 we began to carry out similar work for the shipowners of Russia, Norway, New Zealand, Namibia.

     Today we can offer specialists for work on trawlers in all areas of World ocean:

     Our specialists can organize preparation of seamen, supply legal registration of the contracts with shipowners and seamen, issue seamen passports, issue the entrance working visas, make insurance, organize delivery of seamen aboard of a vessel.

     Simultaneously, as a result of the development of democracy in Ukraine and appearance of new opportunities of cooperation with the foreign partners, we began to distribute sphere of service on other vessels: refrigerators, tankers, tugs, dry-cargo ships, container carriers. All over the world the sea experts prepared by us began successfully to study new work for them.

     In August of 1999 we have received economic and legal independence, our personnel department became independent crewing company. As "inheritance" we have received: databank of 14,5 thousand of sea experts, and this databank is constantly increasing; experience of work with the sea experts and their preparation; experience of recruitment selection and job placement, registration and protection of their rights; partnership with shipowners, and with other crewing companies, airlines and air agencies, insurance companies, manning agencies; experience of work with foreign consulates; partnerships with sea educational and training centers; the opportunity to make out seamen passports independently; cooperation with the sea medical institutions.

     We continue to put much effort and means in the development of our company, in the development of partnership relations, training and perfection of the personnel, updating of our databank.
