Our "Atlantika - Crewing" company is situated in the port of Sevastopol.

     Sevastopol was a large naval base of Russia, then USSR, and nowadays it is a large base of Ukraine and Russia. In this city the generations of the naval officers serving on the military ships, and also sea officers, engineers and seamen working on auxiliary vessels have grown.

     In 1960, the ocean fishery and serving it marine sea fleet: refrigerators, tankers, tugs, dry-cargo vessels, salvors and so on, began to develop in Sevastopol.

     The most part of the population of the city was connected with the sea. Nowadays the situation is the same.

     "Atlantica - Crewing" is a young company, but our personnel staff has experience of work more than 20 years of staffing the ship crews. Many years ago there were only Ukrainian (Soviet) crews, but since 1990, as a result of the development of democracy in Ukraine we have the opportunity of cooperation with the foreign partners.

     Sevastopol sea experts began to work on all types of vessels of Europe, Asia, Africa, America, New Zealand. At the same time we are constantly increasing our data bank of sea experts living in Crimea and Sevastopol. Also we have concluded the contracts with all sea educational institutions of Ukraine concerning the preparation of young seamen.

     It's very important when the personnel of the company carries out their duties effectively, that's why we put much efforts and means on training and studying of each expert of the company.

     Today we can staff the crews of any vessel. In our data bank there are a lot of experts possessing experience of work on all types of sea vessels of foreign shipowners:
- captains;
- chief officers and maritime officers;
- engineers, el.engineers, ref.engineers;
- experts of radioelectronics;
- seamen, boatswain;
- members of a machine team, dockermen;
- ship doctors;
- cooks, attendants.

     Our lawyers will help to draw up the contracts with the crewing company, shipowner, sea experts, if it's necessary, our specialists can make insurance of seaman and cargo in Ukraine.

     Other specialists will issue seaman passport, organize preparation of the seaman and his testing of professional qualities and condition of health.

     In the shortest terms we can issue the entrance working visa, organize delivery of the seaman or crew aboard of a vessel at a minimally possible cost.
