StarrySurf.com is free to join, but our system is geared towards the serious online professional and/or promoter and thus we encourage all members to upgrade in order to maximize their experience with us. For our members with active upgrades, everyday you log into your account and surf 15 pages, you will earn the equivalent of 5% of your membership level. If you want to earn more, you can have up to 1000 active upgrades units at a time. How do I withdraw my earnings? As a Free Member, you cannot withdraw your earnings, regardless of the amount, until you purchase a minimum of 1 upgrade unit. Upgraded Members, are paid out 15 and 30 (31) of every month if their earnings is $1 or more. When You are paid from you subtract 5% (0 - 72 hour) What is the maximum upgrade level? At any given time, you may have upgrade levels whose sum does not exceed $1,000. Can I use my earnings to upgrade? No. Members are not allowed to use their earnings for upgrading. How many sites can I add to the rotation? Free members may add 1 sites to the rotation. Upgraded members can add 3 sites to the rotation at a time. Can I have more than one account? No, we only accept one account per one IP address and per email. If we find that you have multiple accounts, all of your accounts will be deleted, whether they are free or upgraded accounts. What if all my upgrades have expired? If you do not have any active upgrade units, your account reverts to a free account with all its limitations including the inability to cashout any earnings gathered from that point forward. Why was my account deleted? If your account has been deleted it is either because you non active for 20 days or because you have broken our rules/terms. Please read that section for details.
