Prior to convoke the research team, Maxim spent more than nine years mainly in two areas: embedded systems and information systems. In the area of embedded systems these projects are follows: 8-bit embedded portable TRON operating system for a range of devices, researching in microkernel operating systems, operating systems lecture course in National Technical University of Ukraine. After receiving the master degree Maxim Sokhtasky was working in infuriating and geo systems area in Land Systems, Inc., MD in position of Software Architect. Under him was Registration of Land Property systems developing and Spatial Geo Data Systems researching and developing. One of primary strong data domain knowledge is Workflow Systems Theory. Now Maxim Sokhatsky is open for innovative projects, with strong team of science oriented specialists. * Oleg Smirnov Oleg Smirnov, CTO of Synrc RC, PhD in applied mathematics, works for Synrc RC as leading researcher and engineer since its foundation. Major research interests includes cryptographic algorithms, embedded operation systems, Grid clusters and distributed computations. Currently works on automated control system for quality of service control of computer clusters. His employment history includes working as algorithm researcher (computation geometry & image processing) for Materialise N.V. and working as leading system engineer for Ukrainian Mobile Communication. master@synrc.com alex@synrc.com * Alexey Belov CIO. The basic direction of activity of Alexey were researches and participation in projects connected with telecommunication technologies which constructed on the basis of the Internet Technologies. Among them: work in a Validation and Verification department of Genesys Corp. and a position of the manager in Euroinform telecommunication corporation. Last project is investigation and creation of new social model on the base of social network atlaskit.
