On receipt of your deposit we will send you a questionnaire to fill out within 24 hours. After you complete and return it to us our agent will issue your invitation visa and fax a copy to you and the embassy of your choice. You will then need to fill out the paperwork required by the embassy, supply them with your passport, and pay any fees directly to the embassy office. These fees will vary in cost depending on how soon you apply for the visa so try to apply at least 30-45 days in advance if possible to save costs. Airport or train pickup and drop-off On your arrival one of our staff will meet you at the airport or train station for pickup and shuttle to your private apartment. At the end of your tour you will be transported back to the departure point for your return home. Pickup and drop-off is available 7 days a week.
