Specialization in Information Security. 1 Telecommunication/ Electronic Industry TAC1 NSS Engineer Scope of work: Monitoring of core Network Element (MSC, HLR), detect emergency case and initiate emergency procedure, create trouble in case of failure and outage in the live net and the TTТs (also coming from Customer Service side) will be escalated in order to undertake the necessary actions to recover this, routine works like daily reports, doing backups, working on TTТs , feedback towards Customer Service department and the optimization group, installation of network elements through terminals, software patches of network elements, analysis and fault clearance of NE elements, saving of existing network data, interface between regional-business and internal or external departments in the case of appearing questions in the operative course, participation in on-call duty and working in shifts, data administration, participation in Install & Commissioning works and core NE extensions projects. Qualification Profile: Degree in telecommunications, electronic engineering or related discipline, 2 years experience, basis knowledge in GMS networks, good knowledge in Siemens core equipment, good knowledge of SS7 signaling, basic training about particular equipment/subsystem, experience in field maintenance and Network Operating Center is very desirable, trouble ticketing tool training, readiness to work on call and in shifts, readiness to have a lot of business trips throughout Ukraine, team-ability, awareness of responsibility, ability to assert oneself, computer literate, fluent English (both spoken and written). 2 Telecommunication/ Electronic Industry TAC2 NSS Engineer Scope of work: Helping the TAC1 organization, network faults diagnostics, treatment of Technical Queries, Fault Reports, Emergency situations, Patches and Warranties, software patches of network elements, analysis and fault clearance of NE elements, testing of solutions to Fault Report and implementing in the live network, traffic measurements analysis, emergency duty (24 Hours), customer consultant for SW, Database, HW, Network quality, etc, responsible for Siemens official procedures, participation in Install & Commissioning works and core NE extensions projects. Qualification Profile: Degree in telecommunications, electronic engineering or related discipline, 5 years experience, basis knowledge in GMS networks, experience about Network Elements Operation and Maintenance or Commissioning, knowledge in Siemens core NE, knowledge in Protocol analyzer, knowledge in service support tools, knowledge in Signaling CCS7/INAP etc, readiness to work on call and in shifts, readiness to have a lot of business trips throughout Ukraine, team-ability, awareness of responsibility, ability to assert oneself, computer literate, car driver license, fluent English (both spoken and written). 2 Telecommunication/ Electronic Industry CC Subsystem УBabysittingФ CC specialist Scope of work: Daily monitoring of Network Elements, detect emergency case and initiate emergency procedure, basic analyze of daily checks, symptoms collect in case if found problems (not tracing), new integration on IN@com (configuration of SS7, MSC, HLR), support in implementation of new tariffs, support in implementation of new specific configuration (SMAF etc), forwarding Information to TAC2, create trouble in case of failure and outage in the live net and the TTТs (also coming from Customer Service side) will be escalated in order to undertake the necessary actions to recover this, routine works like daily reports, doing backups, working on TTТs , checking information backups, participation in on-call duty and working in shifts, participation in Install & Commissioning works and core NE extensions projects.
