AgroAlyans LTD offers foreign economic commission agency services in the course of import and export of goods to companies (principals) declaring and clearing outside their accreditation area. Such scheme allows avoiding execution of a letter of approval (release) to carry out foreign economic activities outside the accreditation area.

In case of import, being the consignee of goods declared for our company (the commission agent), the end purchaser (the Committee ) effects a currency payment to the supplier. The Commission Agent, from its account, pays customs fees and fees due to permissive authorities, having previously received the necessary cash funds from the Committee . As a result, column 8 on the face of Cargo Customs Declaration (CCD) indicates the Committee as a Consignee, and that on the back of CCD represents the Commission Agent as a Consignee. This emphasizes once again that reimbursable VAT just arises in business accounting of the Committee , i.e. the customer who is the owner of the cargo.

In case of export, declaration procedure is carried out the same way. In addition, currency transactions (payment from abroad for shipped goods) may be also effected directly to the immediate seller of the cargo (the Committee ).
