Meeting of shareholders of the Bank on October 2, 1992 and was
registered with the National Bank of Ukraine on January 29,
1993(registration number ? 148). Legal address of the bank is 01023,

the Bank are commercial and industrial enterprises of Ukraine
(to include Close-end Joint-Stock Company ?Profinvest?,
Close-end Joint-Stock Company ?Legion-95?, Close-end
Joint-Stock Company ?Skif-96?, Open Joint-Stock Company
?Prodexport?, Close-end Investment Fund ?First Ukrainian Fund
for Privatization?, Close-end Investment Fund ?First Ukrainian
Privatization Fund? and other companies). |
Main activities of the Bank are credit and customer services,
payment processing and other types of banking practices. The Bank
operates in accordance with the License of the National Bank of
Ukraine ? 181 from march
11, 1999. Announced and
registered capital of the Bank is 50.000.000 Ukrainian hryvnyas
(HUA). Operations made by the Bank do not lead to excess
concentration of its activities in any one sector of the economy.
Main governing body of
the Bank is the general meeting of shareholders. The Board of
Directors? decisions are monitored by the Board of the Bank. Chief
of this monitoring Board is Mr. Samvel V. Teymurazyan. Operations of
the Bank are managed by the Board of Directors of the Bank. Chief of
the Board of Directors is Mr. Vladimir I. Timchenko. Chief
Accountant of the Bank is Ms. Olga V. Savchuk. The Bank has 56
employees as of April 1, 2000.
The Bank is successfully using an electronic system of
servicing its clients? payments ?Electronic Bank?, which allows for
payments to be processed and made from anywhere in
Ukraine.
Financial
policies of Bank ALLONGE rest on reliability and high quality of
client servicing. Activities
of Bank ALLONGE are governed by the by-laws, laws of Ukraine ??n
banks and banking activities?, ??n corporate bodies?, ??n securities
and stock exchanges?, legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine,
State Securities and Exchange Commission of Ukraine, Ministry of
Finance and other laws of
