These details are to be provided to the lady the client wishes to contact, BEFORE they we allowed to provide the client with the ladies direct contact details or provide any correspondence services. In order to be compliant with the law and to ensure there are no problems with ladies who meet US clients and wish to apply for fiancee or spouse visa, we are therefore asking all US based clients to complete the affidavit form on our website. If you have not already completed this form, you will be asked to do so the next time you attempt to send a letter, retrieve a ladies contact details or send a lady a gift. For US clients, we can no longer provide a simple address retrieval service. You must send an introduction letter to the lady. We will first provide the lady with a translated copy of your affidavit and if she agrees to contact you, we will provide her with your letter. Until we have an agreement from the lady to enter into correspondence with you, we can not provide you with her contact details. It's important that as a US citizen you comply with the IMBRA requirements. The US embassies are now asking for this information when the ladies are applying for a US visa.
