The bonds of both series will be issued without documentary form at face-value of UAH 1 000. C-series bonds will be valid for 30 months (from 01/10 2006 till 04/05 2009), D-series bonds will be valid for 36 months (from 01/10 2006 till 01/10 2009). The annual interest of C-series bonds will be 14%, D-series bonds will be with a 14,5% annual interest. The Austria Creditanshtail Bank (Austria, Vienna) recieved 12,8% - shares of authorized capital stock of “Megabank”. Cash payment from the cards is carried out free-of-charge (for Mastercard in the ATMs of the banks-partners or foreign banks - 1,5 %). 01.08.2006 THE COMMON SETTLEMENT CENTRE OF KHARKIV «MEGABANK» IS PLANNING TO INTRODUCE PAYMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES THROUGH ITS ATMs IN 2006 The Common Settlement Centre (CSC) of «Megabank» PLC is planning to introduce payment of utility services through its ATMs with the help of cards of National System of Mass Electron Payments (NSMEP) in 2006. The Head of the CSC Yuriy Sergeyev has informed about it. For this purpose up to five addresses (and their personal accounts), the information on the condition of their payments will be accessible to the holder of the NSMEP card, will be included into the contract on servicing of the card account by the bank. According to Yu. Sergeyev’s words the service in such volume has not been provided anywhere in Ukraine yet. In order not to enlarge queues near the ATMs because of usage of this service «Megabank» is planning to open additional ATMs in Kharkiv. Yu. Sergeyev informed, the last innovation by the CSC was payment of utility services through the Internet with the help of the NSMEP card and cardreader. Having written the appropriate application to the CSC, the holders of this card can receive the information concerning debts, current charges and make payments through the site of the CSC. Besides the CSC is planning to increase provision of the service payers with common accounts, in which amount of payments, that are charged by all utility enterprises (nowadays such accounts are received by only 20 % of the CSC clients) will be specified. For 6 months of 2006 the net assets of the bank increased for 12,3 % - up to 912,19 million UAH, credit-investment portfolio - for 11 % up to 640,4 million UAH, the amount of the attracted cash of the clients increased for 4 % - up to 650,7 million UAH. As at July 1, 2006 the regulative capital of the bank made 137,4 million UAH, the balance capital made 114,5 million UAH.
