Some of these projects: a) are especially significant for economic development of the states whereto the cargoes have been delivered; b) have large social significance; c) have been performed using know-how and technical solutions worked out by our company and having no analogs. Multimodal Transport System Ltd. is specialized in carrying out transportations of equipment (including that for oil and gas industry) and pipes. In this field our enterprise has managed to carry out a series of big projects having large economical significance and based on know-how and technical solutions developed by our enterprise and having no analogs. Multimodal Transport Ltd. has also a large experience in organisation and carrying out transportations of general and containerized cargo by railway, sea, road. We carry out multimodal transportations based on the principle "from door to door", in accordance to the requirements of our customers. Here You can see the details of some of the works performed by our company. In September / October 2005, "Multimodal Transport System Ltd." on the order from Italian freight forwarding company "Saima Avandero S.p.A" have successfully performed transshipment of two oil rigs of the company "AGIP KCO": No.401 - 4016,377tons / 21603,83cub.m., and No.402 - 4510,620tons / 23301,04cub.m, that arrived to Mariupol (Shipyard berth) on two ocean vessels (Happy Rover è Da Zhong) within a fortnight interval, onto nine sea-river vessels for further delivery to the artificial "D" island in Caspian Sea, where they will be assembled for oil exploration. Both these rigs, manufactured in USA, are unique in their measurements. Multimodal Transport System Ltd. has been awarded the Certificate ¹125836 dd. February 05, 2003, confirming that Quality Management System of our company found to be in accordance with the requirement of the International Standard ISO9001:2000, with corresponding accredications: UKAS(United Kingdom), RvA(Netherlands), RAB(USA).
